Welcome to a new idea in property promotions.. brought to you by a rather creative individual... M. Scott Ault. After working in various fields in the lower mainland, I feel that there is something that can be done.. for home owners, for the creative artists, and for the productions. By offering one low- cost and central pool of available locations, scouts will have an easier time and with no commissions charged.. everyone saves~ and makes~ more money! Any property.. in any part of town.. over the next few weeks, we'll be developing our database of areas and we'll be filling the site up with available properties. And the cool thing is.. you don't have to be a property owner to sign up.. the tennant is able to sign up too! Why not? If the property is used, you'll be inconvenienced more than the landlord so.. it shall be done! And, you can use your own photos.. so you can start right away. It is recommended that you get some kick- ass shots of your space and our goal is to network with a few killer photographers that you can go to. Every Month... We'll be selecting 4 to 6 different properties to Feature! Residential, commercial, industrial... whatever is listed will possibly be selected for pro dSLR stills and HD video sessions.. all for gallery, feature article, and even magazine publication... yeah, we're working towards a monthly magazine as well as an annual "compendium" of available properties... so, sign up now and start posting information on your property!.
Home Owners Registration is a two- step process.. first, input your basic information then use upgrade and PayPal to get immediate access to the entire site! And yes.. we are working on Video as an added feature.	Creative Services Registrater yourself.. post your photos. ..and promote your services to the property owners of this site. No commissions.. no service fees.. nothing. Just direct contact with potential clients.	Production Companies Big or small.. it doesn't matter.. since you will be discussing property use terms directly with the owner.. no middling individual claiming a commission from the arrangement. No service fees.. nothing. Just the agreement you arrive at with the property owner. That's it!	Painting Companies More Work..
