An introduction to the "Employee of the Month" ...
First of all, it isn't really a monthly thing...the schedule is less important than the personalities covered. So, there might be articles on two distinct individuals on one day... none for a few days and then a whole schwackload right after that... who knows. The "article" will consist of A) live web feed B) High Def Vid archives C) Photo shoot(s) with the individual and D) Text placement. Second of all... the "Employee of the Month" isn't an internal thing. You get nominated from within the company you work for.
So... basic qualifications:
- The company you work for designates YOU as their Employee of the Month
- The company you work for does have to be registered at this website
- The company you work for nominates you
- We go through the "applications" to select the candidates for coverage.
- We set up production times with selected individuals.
- You get interviewed for onsite display.
N.B.: Onsite display may include print publication
The goal is... simply, to show the people coming here a more comprehensive and "real" or honest side to this awesome Host City. |
