Gastown HDRThe West Coast Beacon is something new. In a world where the same old same old is passed over... The Beacon wants to do things differently. Our goal is to promote artists to the International Community and we are launching in time to make an impact by using the upcoming Games as leverage and person to person connections.

It all centers on a Gallery... a short run space in the 4th and Main neighborhood that will open it’s doors during the upcoming Games and will exhibit up to 50 unique and exquisite artists. The space will, also, host unique, entertaining, and eye catching events on an almost nightly basis that will draw even more people in through the doors.

In order to push people to the space, it’s our goal to publish a Full Colour magazine that will be distributed freely throughout the region (with emphasis on the high traffic areas, of course). The magazine will be a combination of articles covering different topics of interest from the Artists on Exhibit to local points of interest, persons of noteworthy attention (this includes your own “employee of the month” as well as random regional individuals), articles on specific businesses of note and more... no end to the possibilities. All in print form... all freely available to the general public.

We’ll be emphasizing Gallery Attendance by offering FREE our “Beacon Photo Coupon Card” ... so, if you list a discount users get, they can come to the Gallery and pick it up free of charge. And then save when they purchase from you.

Oh~ we’re also looking to set up a regionally oriented “Capture the Flag” game. Want to be part of the game? Want to get more people through your doors? Let us know... we’ll set it up... you participate. Simple.

And remember...

If we all work together...
Together, we all win!
